John Beck’s Free and Clear Real Estate Scam?
74
What is “John Beck’s Free and Clear Real Estate Program?
It’s a real estate system that offers a way to buy foreclosed homes and property for “pennies on the dollar”. They claim that you can own these properties free and clear with no monthly payments.
Who is John Beck?
John Beck is a California real estate broker, investor, and real estate attorney. He speaks at conventions around south California. Over the years he has invested in tax lien certificates (or their deed-with-right-of-redemption counterparts) in numerous states, such as, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Oklahoma, Texas, and West Virginia.
Pro’s of John Beck’s system
From what I read, you really can find properties for the price that john’s system has listed in his infomercial. These properties exist in just about every state in the US and can be purchased by anyone willing to pay for them.
Con’s of John Beck’s system
The one thing that John Beck doesn’t tell you about buying these properties is the fact that you are buying the lien on the property. This means that you will have to wait anywhere from 6 months to 5 years for the owner to exhaust their opportunity to buy the property back.
Customer Reviews
From what I can tell, the #1 dissatisfaction with John Beck’s among the people that have bought it is customer service.
Here is a few feedback comments that I have found on the net:
“… I can imagine that many people might have trouble with John Beck’s program. It requires more than an average knowledge of real estate transactions as well as internet interaction. In reading all of the information provided, I do believe the program provides the knowledge needed to begin the investment process, but a novice will need to devote a considerable amount of time to make it all come to fruition.”

“I bought the system and was charged the $39 every month for the property vault. I called at least 5 times to cancell this and it never went away. I called my credit card company and changed my credit card number and I am not billed for this anymore. I also received a call from the John Beck sales team regarding the Mentoring system and they wanted to charge me $20,000 to coach me. I initally started to purchase this but backed out in time when I realized this was just a good marketing call and for $20K I better be coached by John Beck himself. I was called a Jerk by the sales rep who said that I better be used to living in proverty because this is where i belonged.”

In Conclusion
I’m not going to tell you that this program is a scam and that it doesn’t work. However, it does sound that the complete truth isn’t being revealed to the customers of this system. If you decide to by this program then I would proceed with extreme caution but I would do that with any program that I purchased.
